Payment Failure Troubleshooting
During the payment process, some customers may experience payment failure. Below are common issues and their solutions, based on the payment method:
Credit Card Payment:
Credit card payments may fail for the following reasons:

Klarna Payment:
For Klarna payments, although the “Pay Later in 4” option is widely promoted, it may not always be available. The availability of this option is determined by an algorithm that takes into account several factors, including:

· Order amount
· The online store
· Previous order history
· Item availability

If the “Pay Later in 4” option isn’t available, you may need to select a different payment method or contact Klarna for further assistance.

If you are unable to pay by credit card or Klarna, we suggest you to use other payment methods, such as Paypal Express Checkout. you can follow the steps below to pay by credit card through Paypal:
1. On the shopping cart page, click the "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" button.
2. On the checkout page, fill in your personal details and select Express Checkout "Pay Pal".
3. In the Paypal pop-up window, click "Pay with Credit or Debit Card". On the Fill in Information page, fill in your credit card information to complete the credit card payment.
