Description of duplicate charges:
If you see two charges on your bill, it may be due to a previous order you canceled before completing payment or another payment was not completed. Here's how to check:
- Order Status:
Check if any of your orders are marked as pending or unpaid. If one order is marked as paid and the other is not, it indicates that only one payment was successfully processed.
- Bank Confirmation:
You can also confirm with your issuing bank whether two charges were made for the same order.
- Confirm with the support email:
You can confirm the order status by sending screenshots of the two charges and the email address you used when placing the order to the support email address.
