How do I change my email and password?

Change email address: 
If you would like to change your email address, please contact one of our dedicated customer service representatives and they will update it for you as soon as possible.

Changing your password:

If you want to change your password, the process is slightly more complicated, but it will be easier if you follow the steps below.

Scenario 1: If You Forgot Your Password

1. Visit the login page: Click on the "Account" button in the upper right corner of the page.

2. Click on "Forgot Password": Please note that our main website and ticketing system use two different sets of login information. Below the login button, click on "Forgot your password?"

3. Go to the Reset Password page: You will be directed to the Reset Password page. Enter the e-mail address associated with your tantaly.com account. Click the "Submit" button.

4. Check your mailbox: Check your email and click on the link provided in the email to reset your password.

5. Complete Password Reset: Click on the link and follow the instructions to reset your password and you have successfully changed your password!

Scenario 2: If You Want to Set a New Password

1. Visit the login page: Click on the "Account" button in the upper right corner of the page.

2. Click on “My Account”: access your personal account center.

3. Click "Change Password": Enter the password reset page, enter the new password to successfully reset!
