★ Can you ship to a PO Box address or Pickup point address?

Sorry we don't support shipping dolls to Po Box addresses.

Only in the US tantaly.com, we can use USPS to ship accessories to Po Box addresses, but dolls cannot be shipped to PoBox addresses due to overweight and size restrictions. It is recommended that you provide your home address and check if the house number is correct when placing an order.

Please rest assured that our packages are private and will not display any product information.

If you don't want your doll to be shipped to your doorstep, you can fill in the address of a nearby pickup point. The pickup point address information available in different countries is as follows:

US: 
1. Packages are randomly assigned to courier companies by our warehouse, specifying a courier company is not supported.
2. Dolls are randomly assigned to UPS or FedEx. (Generally, packages with a gross weight greater than 23KG will be assigned to FedEx.) 
3. Accessories are randomly assigned to USPS, Speedx, UNIUNI, GOFO, Yanwen, etc., and specific courier companies are not supported.
