Your Tantaly product is 100% guaranteed to be returned within 14 days, as long as it is unopened and unused.
The refund period expires 14 days from the date the customer received the product or from the date a third party other than the carrier designated by the customer took actual possession of the product.
If the customer wishes to return the product to us, the customer should send the product back to our warehouse in the same condition as it was received. If the packaging is no longer in its original, complete, undamaged and unused condition, there is no right to return the product. (Please note that for hygiene reasons, we will not accept product returns once the plastic bag has been opened, unless the product is defective or broken when the packaging is opened)
Please note that if you do not like an item after receiving or using it, it is not considered defective. Due to the nature of the item and its use, we cannot provide a refund in these cases.
*Return processing time: 3-5 business days
*Return fee: A 15% fee will be deducted from the return package when the refund is made. We may hold the refund until the returned product is received. In addition, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
Please note that customers must confirm the return process with our customer service representative. Packages returned without confirmation by our customer service representative will not be refunded.
* Please contact us within 90 days of delivery so that we can replace the defective/wrong item. After 90 days, we will replace or refund the defective/wrong item.
