For this question, there are two situations in all.
Situation 1:
If your package has not been dispatched yet, we can cancel your order.
Please provide our customer service staff with your order number in the form of order and inform us of your need to cancel the order. Our customer service staff will arrange it for you immediately after receiving your email and we will go ahead to make a full refund back to your card. Also, you will expect to receive it within 3-5 business days.
Situation 2:
If your package has already left our warehouse, we cannot cancel your order.
We suggest you to return the goods after receiving them, so as to avoid the situation of rejected and lost pieces. Moreover, the overseas warehouse system has strict processing standards, so the rejected operation is difficult to process.
